Blog Post #17 Choosing Your Send off Vehicle

So most couples have a sentimental attachment to some kind of vehicle that they drove in to a wonderful destination where they have made wonderful memories. Such memories are well served when choosing a send off vehicle for you to drive off into the sunset with your sweetie and head to your honeymoon destination. Some suggestions would be a fancy car, a boat, a carriage, horses, a motorcycle or bikes, a 4 wheeler or side by side car. Whatever your style, there is a send of vehicle that will match it. Our daughter and son in law chose to ride off on Dylan's motorcycle. We had it at the wedding to take photos with of the groom and groomsmen so it made sense that they would drive off together on his bike. Some people have used boats or a canoe if they are getting married lakeside. Whatever your wedding style, it is a fun addition to end your big day to choose something fancy or fun to drive off in. You can also include your guests in the send off by supplying sparklers, glow sticks, bubbles, or even flower settles that can be waved or thrown (not the lit items of course) while you make your way to your vehicle. Remember, it is the last hurrah of the night so choose wisely as this will be one of the last memories that is captured on film and video for you to keep as a memory for years to come.
