Your big day is fast approaching! There are so many things left to do! Many of them cannot be done until a month before the wedding, but here are a few things you should think about at the 4 month mark. Shop for shoes. Pick out wedding rings, Send formal invitations, organize hair and make up trials.

Shopping for shoes. Both you and your fiancé will need to get shoes that will fit the style of your wedding and will be comfortable throughout your day. I would recommend trying on several styles that you like and picking something that is as comfortable as possible. Remember: you will be on your feet all day and dancing the night away. My daughter and son in law are avid swing dancers so they both decided to purchase shoes for the ceremony that looked great in their photos and also different, more comfortable shoes, for the reception as they planned on dancing all night long. I would also recommend wearing your shoes several times before the wedding day to make sure they are broken in a bit and will be comfortable. I also recommend having the guys and girls in the wedding party get the same color shoes. Usually style is not an issue as long as the color is the same. This will look better in the photos.
